No. They tap the link in any browser and record instantly. No download, no sign-up, nothing to install.
How long does setup take?
Under 60 seconds. Name your campaign, copy the link, send it. That's it.
What is the difference between Starter and Pro?
Starter is free forever — 5 campaigns per month, videos stored for 30 days, and up to 10 clips per reel. Pro unlocks 50 campaigns per month, 90-day video storage, unlimited clips, custom branding, transcription, Zapier integration, no watermark, and priority support.
Can I cancel Pro anytime?
Yes, always. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel any time from your dashboard: open Upgrade and choose Manage billing or cancel. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for, and your videos are yours to download first.
Is there a free trial of Pro?
We offer a 7-day Pro trial on request. Reach out to hello@whoosh.video and we will set it up for you.
Is it GDPR compliant?
Yes. Respondents explicitly consent before recording. You control data retention. We never use respondents' data for advertising.
Can I download the videos?
Pro users can download any or all videos. Starter users can share videos via the dashboard link.
