2. Description of Service
RSW Digital Ltd (company no. 08499015), 3 The Mill, High Street, Stourbridge, England, DY8 4FA provides a platform for collecting video feedback, reviews, and testimonials. The Service includes campaign creation, video recording, storage, transcription (Pro plan), and related features.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Pro subscriptions are billed at $12/month or $99/year (or £10/€12 monthly, £99/€99 annually) through our reseller and payment provider Paddle in your selected currency. Paddle is the merchant of record and collects any VAT or sales tax due. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
5. Refunds
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first Pro payment, and within 7 days of any renewal. See our Refund Policy for how it works, what happens to your plan, and your legal rights.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a license to store, process, and display it as necessary to provide the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We accept no liability for loss of data, content, or harm arising from submissions collected through the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you collect and share.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RSW Digital Ltd (company no. 08499015), 3 The Mill, High Street, Stourbridge, England, DY8 4FA from claims arising from your use of the Service, content you collect, or breach of these Terms.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
