Every shelf, every store, stamped and searchable.
Reps open one link per product, film the fixture, and say what they see. Each clip arrives with the store location, date and time, a transcript, and the product name burned into the lower third or watermark when you cut the reel for head office.
Works on any phone in-store. Location and time captured on every clip. No app for the rep.
Free to start. No card, no app, no IT ticket.

Field campaigns, ready to send to the team
One campaign per product or per visit type. The prompts tell reps exactly what to show and say, so every clip is comparable.
Shelf check
Full fixture, then the close-up: facings, price, stock. Store and time on the clip.
What people are asked
- 1Say the store and the aisle.
- 2Show the full shelf, then the product close up: facings, price tag, stock level.
- 3Anything wrong? Say it out loud so it is in the transcript.
Store visit report
Entrance to fixture in a minute, with one action for head office.
What people are asked
- 1Store name and who you spoke to.
- 2Walk from the entrance to our fixture; show any displays on the way.
- 3One action for head office.
Display compliance
Is the display up, correct and priced? Said on camera, found in the transcript.
What people are asked
- 1Store and display location.
- 2Show the whole display, then the header card and the price.
- 3Say whether it matches the planogram. If not, what is missing?
Competitor shelf check
Pan the competition, pause on prices and promotions, note what is new.
What people are asked
- 1Store and aisle.
- 2Pan across the competitor fixture; pause on prices and promotions.
- 3Anything new since last visit?
Activation recap
The stand, the crowd and the best reaction, filed before the rep leaves the site.
What people are asked
- 1Location, date and footfall in one sentence.
- 2Show the stand and the crowd.
- 3The best customer reaction you heard.
Store staff feedback
What shoppers say about the product, from the people who hear it all day.
What people are asked
- 1Your name, store and department.
- 2What shoppers ask or say about the product.
- 3One thing that would help you sell more of it.
Product, store, date and time, on the clip itself.
Every clip carries the details a buyer or an auditor will ask for, burned into the video where they cannot get lost, with your brand frame around it.
Lower thirds with location and time
Build the caption from tokens: {campaign} for the product, {location} for the store, {date} and {time} for when it was filmed. Every clip in the reel captions itself.
Watermark with the same details
A corner stamp with the product and the date, still or scrolling, at the opacity you set. Proof of visit that survives a screenshot.
Your brand frame
A transparent PNG frame in your colours around every clip, so the reel to head office looks like it came from the brand team.
Region and week reels
Filter clips by campaign, pick the ones that matter, add a title card with the week and the region. One video, one send.
Where, when and what, on every frame.
The rep films; the tags come from the campaign name, the phone’s location and the clock. Nothing to type in the store.
Proof from the shelf, not a text message.
Tagged at the source
The store, date and time are captured when the rep records. Put them in the lower third or the watermark and the clip proves where and when it was shot.
Searchable by what was said
Reps say the store, the aisle and the problem out loud. Transcripts make every clip searchable for “out of stock”, “wrong price” or a competitor name.
One reel for head office
Pick the clips from a region or a week, add the product name and the brand frame, and send one video to the category team instead of a folder of files.
Forty stores, one launch weekend, one reel
Field Marketing Manager, drinks brand
- The problem
- A new line launched in forty stores on a Friday. Photos from reps arrived in five WhatsApp groups with no store names and no way to tell Friday from Sunday.
- What they did
- One shelf-check campaign for the product, link sent to every rep. Prompts asked for the store and the aisle, the full fixture, then the close-up. Store, date and time went into the lower third.
- What happened
- Sixty-one clips by Sunday night, three flagged as “display missing” from the transcripts. A twelve-clip reel with the product name and brand frame went to the category buyer on Monday morning.
Real moments from real teams.
From the warehouse to the ward and the shop floor, anyone can record in about a minute.
What field marketers say.
Sixty-one shelf clips over a launch weekend, each stamped with store and time. The buyer got one reel on Monday, not a WhatsApp export.
Reps say “price tag wrong” on camera and the transcript finds it. Compliance issues surface the same day instead of at month end.
Competitor shelf checks from thirty stores in a week, searchable by store name. Our pricing meeting now starts with the video.
Free for one product. Pro for the whole range.
Reps never pay or sign up. Pick the plan by how many products and visit types you run at once.
Enterprise
For brands and agencies running field teams at scale.
- Custom pricing across brands and markets
- Extended retention for compliance evidence
- API integration with retail execution and BI tools
- Single sign-on, DPA and a dedicated account manager
Questions from field teams.
How are store, date and time captured?
The recording page asks for the phone’s location when the rep records (with their permission) and stamps the time of submission. Both are available as tokens for lower thirds and watermarks, alongside the campaign name for the product.
Do reps need an app or an account?
No. They open the link on any phone, film and send. Give each product or visit type its own link so clips arrive already sorted.
Can we search for a store or a problem?
Yes. Every clip is transcribed on Pro, so “out of stock”, “aisle 7” or a store name are one search away. Filters by campaign and date narrow it down.
How do we get the clips to head office or the retailer?
Cut a reel with the brand frame and the tagged lower thirds and share a private link, or download it. Individual clips download in full quality. Zapier and webhooks can push each clip into your reporting tool.
How long are clips kept?
Thirty days on Starter, ninety on Pro, a year on Team. Download what you need for audits, or ask about longer retention on Enterprise.
