We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve the Service; to process transactions; to send notifications; and to comply with legal obligations.

Your data is stored securely on cloud infrastructure. Video submissions are retained according to your plan (30 days active storage for Starter, 90 days for Pro, plus a quarantine period before deletion). We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers who assist in operating the Service (hosting, email delivery, payment processing), subject to confidentiality obligations.
5. Your Rights
You may access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also request a copy of your data or withdraw consent where applicable. Contact support@whoosh.video to exercise these rights.
6. Cookies
We use cookies for authentication and session management. With your consent, given through the cookie banner, we also use analytics tools (Google Analytics and PostHog) to understand how visitors use the Service, and an advertising tracker (the Meta Pixel) to measure and improve our ads; you can decline this and keep only necessary cookies.
