Campaign content, ready to collect
From a customer story to a spokesperson soundbite on deadline. Prompts are written; tune them to the brief.
Customer stories for a campaign
Before, after and the moment it clicked, in 45 seconds you can run as an ad.
What people are asked
- 1Say your name and what you were dealing with before.
- 2The moment it clicked.
- 3What is different now?
Spokesperson soundbites
Executives record a quote to camera from wherever they are, in time for the deadline.
What people are asked
- 1State your name and title.
- 2Deliver the key message in one or two sentences.
- 3Look at the lens; a second take is fine.
Launch reactions
First impressions from customers and staff on launch day, for the recap post.
What people are asked
- 1Say your name.
- 2Your first reaction, unfiltered.
- 3Who should try it?
People behind the brand
Colleagues share why they do what they do, for the careers and social feeds.
What people are asked
- 1Say your name, role and how long you have been here.
- 2A moment at work you are proud of.
- 3What you would tell someone thinking of joining.
Vox pops
A QR code at the event or in the store. Passers-by give you their one-liner.
What people are asked
- 1Say your first name.
- 2Answer the question on the sign in one sentence.
- 3Smile; that is the take we will use.
Video challenge
Set a prompt, collect entries, feature the best. One link for the whole challenge.

Clips that arrive on-brand, not just on time.
Every reel you cut carries your identity without opening an editor: frames, watermarks, lower thirds, an intro and an outro, all set once and applied to every clip.
Frames
Upload a transparent PNG frame or pick one from the library. Campaign colours, a border, a device mock: it sits over every clip.
Watermarks
Your logo or a line of text in any corner, still or scrolling, at the opacity you choose. Text can include the contributor’s name, the date and the location.
Lower thirds
Name, role, city and flag on a bar in your colours, faded in and out. Built from tokens, so 60 clips get 60 correct captions.
Intro, outro and transitions
A title card at the start, a call to action at the end, crossfades between clips. The result downloads ready for the feed.
Set the look once, apply it to every clip.
Branding is saved per reel. Duplicate a reel and the frame, watermark and lower-third style come with it.
A content pipeline that does not need a camera crew.
Consent, handled
Contributors accept your usage terms before the camera starts. Every clip arrives cleared for the channels you named.
Quotes in minutes
Transcripts come with every clip, so the pull quote for the press release or the social post is a copy and paste away.
Straight into your stack
Zapier and webhooks send each new clip to HubSpot, Slack or any tool. A new clip can create a note on the contact or post to the campaign channel.
Launch-day reactions cut into a recap by 6 pm
Head of Brand, consumer electronics
- The problem
- Launch day needed social content the same evening. The agency edit was scheduled for the following week and the team had no footage of real customers.
- What they did
- A QR code in every store and a link in the launch email: “What is your first impression?” Consent terms allowed use on social and the website. Staff recorded too.
- What happened
- Sixty reactions by mid-afternoon. A twelve-clip recap went out at 6 pm with quotes pulled from the transcripts. The agency edit used the same clips a week later.
Real moments from real teams.
From the warehouse to the ward and the shop floor, anyone can record in about a minute.
What marketers say.
Sixty customer reactions on launch day, recap out by six. The agency used the same clips a week later.

Questions from marketing and PR teams.
How is consent handled for published content?
Each campaign carries your own terms, shown and accepted before recording. Name the channels and the period, and every clip arrives with that consent on record.
Can we brand the request so it looks like us?
On Pro the recording page carries your logo, colours and a custom link, and the social card for the link can be your own image and copy.
Does it feed our CRM or marketing automation?
Zapier, webhooks and the REST API connect HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Slack and the rest, so a new clip can create a note, a task or a post.
What quality are the clips?
Recordings use the phone’s camera at up to 1080p and download in full quality. Set the orientation per campaign to match the placement.
Can a spokesperson record on their own?
Yes. Send the link, they record to camera and can retake before sending. You get the clip and the transcript straight away, no studio booked.
