Fan campaigns, ready to send

Pick a moment. The headline, prompts and thank-you are written for you; change anything you like.

Player farewell message

Supporters record a send-off for a player moving on, retiring or marking a milestone.

What people are asked
  1. 1Share a favourite memory or what you will miss most.
  2. 2Keep it personal and heartfelt — 30–60 seconds is perfect.
  3. 3Speak naturally; no need to be perfect on camera.

Built for a matchday, not a marketing department.

01

No club app required

A QR code on the concourse or a link in the programme is all a supporter needs. They record in their own phone browser and send.

02

One reel, no editing

Pick the best clips, set the order, add a title card. A tribute or season reel is ready to play at the ground or post online in minutes.

03

Real supporter voices

A message board gets short comments. A video gets the tone, the emotion and the story behind why someone follows the club.

How it plays out

Farewell reel for a departing captain

Community & Fan Engagement Lead, a semi-professional football club

The problem
A long-serving captain was leaving the club with four days’ notice before his final home game. Supporters wanted to send him off properly, but there was no time to organise anything in person.
What they did
One link went out on the club’s social channels and in the matchday programme. Supporters recorded 30-second messages from the stands and at home. The clips were compiled into one reel.
What happened
Over 200 supporter messages in four days, played on the big screen before kick-off. No extra production budget and no club app download required.

FAQ

Questions from clubs and fan groups.

Do supporters need to download anything?

No. They open the link in their phone browser, record, and send — no app, no account.

Can we collect messages from under-18 supporters?

Yes, with the right consent flow. Check current safeguarding guidance for youth sport in your country before running a campaign that may include minors.

Is this GDPR compliant for fan data?

Supporters consent before they record, you set how long videos are kept, and you can delete a campaign and everything in it at any time.

Can we run a one-off matchday campaign?

Yes. Campaigns can run for a single fixture or stay open all season — there is no minimum commitment.

Can we moderate submissions before they go public?

Yes. Every clip is reviewable before it is added to a public reel or screen, so nothing goes live unchecked.
