One account per campaign
Whoosh doesn’t have team seats or invitations. Each campaign belongs to the account that created it, and only that account can open it in the dashboard.
Getting results to colleagues
On Pro and above you can list several addresses under Settings → After submit → Your notifications → Send notifications to, separated by commas. With Email me when someone submits on, each address gets an email per response with the video attached. Starter sends notifications to your account email only. To show colleagues a single video or a finished reel, copy its public link instead: anyone with the link can watch it.
If someone leaves
Nothing needs removing in Whoosh itself. Take their address out of Send notifications to, and revoke any API keys or app keys you created for them under Automations.
