Data retention and deletion

Default retention
Videos are kept for 30 days on Starter, 90 days on Pro and 365 days on Expert, counted from the day each one was submitted. After that a video moves to quarantine, where it no longer appears in your dashboard, for 7 days on Starter, 14 on Pro or 90 on Expert, and is then permanently deleted. Download anything you want to keep before the retention period ends.
Deleting a campaign or a single submission
From your dashboard, open the campaign and choose Delete campaign in the Campaign actions menu, or use the bin icon on a single response. Deleted items move to Trash, a button on the dashboard home, where you can restore them for 30 days; after that they are permanently removed. A response used in a generated reel can’t be deleted until that reel is removed. To delete your whole account and everything it owns straight away, use Your data in the avatar menu. That can’t be undone.
Requesting deletion of your own recorded clip
If you recorded a submission for someone else’s campaign and want it removed, the fastest route is asking the campaign creator directly, since they control that campaign’s content. If that’s not possible, contact us and we’ll help.
