How we protect submitted videos
Updated October 8, 2026
Storage and transit
Videos are uploaded over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and stored encrypted at rest. A submission belongs to the campaign it was recorded for and doesn’t appear in any other campaign, and Whoosh doesn’t use customer data to train machine-learning models.
Who can actually watch a submission
Only the account that owns the campaign can open submissions in the dashboard. The person recording never needs an account. The owner can share a single video or a reel with a public link, and anyone who has that link can watch it.
