Who can see a campaign’s submissions?

Updated October 8, 2026

If you created the campaign

You can view every response in your dashboard, including any held for review. Nobody else, whether another contributor or the public, can see raw submissions through the campaign link itself. Anyone you list under Send notifications to gets each response by email with the video attached, and anyone you give a video’s public link can watch it.

If you recorded a submission

Your clip goes to the campaign creator. Whether it ends up visible beyond that depends entirely on what they do with it — if they include it in a compiled reel and share that reel, anyone who watches the reel will see your clip. If they don’t include it, it’s seen only by the campaign creator and anyone they send it to.

Contributors never see each other’s submissions

Recording your own clip never gives you access to anyone else’s — there’s no shared gallery or feed contributors can browse. The only way to see other people’s clips is if the campaign creator includes them in a reel and shares that reel with you.

Once a reel is shared

A compiled reel is visible to whoever the campaign creator shares its link with, or to anyone who visits a page it’s embedded on. If you’re unsure how widely a reel you’re in will be shared, the campaign creator is the person to ask — Whoosh doesn’t control or restrict that beyond what they choose.
