My video won’t upload
Updated October 4, 2026
Check your connection first
Uploads need a stable connection, especially on mobile data in an area with weak signal. If you’re on patchy wifi or cellular, try moving somewhere with a stronger signal, or switch from wifi to mobile data (or the reverse) and submit again.
Don’t close the tab mid-upload
If you navigate away, lock your phone, or close the browser tab while a clip is uploading, the upload stops. Keep the page open and the screen on until you see a confirmation that your submission went through.
Try a shorter clip or a different browser
Very long recordings on a slow connection are the most likely to stall. If a clip consistently fails, try re-recording a shorter version, or switch to Chrome or Safari if you were using a less common browser.
Low storage or battery saver mode
On phones, very low available storage or an aggressive battery-saver mode can interrupt background uploads. Freeing up a bit of storage, or plugging in and disabling battery saver while you submit, resolves this in most cases.
Still not working?
Contact us with the campaign link and roughly what happens when it fails (an error message, a stuck progress bar, etc.) and we’ll dig into it.
