Customizing your campaign page

Updated October 8, 2026

What you can customize

  • Headline and prompts — the question shown above the record button (What should they say?), plus up to three short prompts that guide what people say.
  • Schedule — on Expert, choose when the link opens and closes with Active from and Active until. Outside those dates the link shows a "Campaign not active" page.
  • Theme and images — pick a colour theme, and upload a photo to show on the recording page and in link previews.
  • Branding — on Pro and above, add your own logo, colours and font so the page feels like it comes from your organisation, not a third-party tool.

Where to find these settings

Open the campaign from your dashboard and go to the Settings tab. Settings are grouped as Page, Collect & consent, After submit, Share and Advanced, and the Find a setting box jumps straight to one. The phone preview updates as you type, and your changes go live for everyone with the link when you click Save. The Preview tab shows the saved page exactly as respondents get it.

A good prompt makes the biggest difference

The single highest-impact thing you can customize is the prompt. "Say something nice" gets generic, awkward responses. "Share one specific memory of working with Dana" gets specific, warm, usable ones. Be concrete about what you want.

Why branding matters more than it seems

A campaign page with your logo and a recognisable theme reads as "my company/team asked me to do this" rather than "some tool I’ve never heard of wants my camera access" — and that trust difference shows up directly in how many people actually click through and record, especially for candidates or customers who don’t know Whoosh by name.
