Using Whoosh with Greenhouse

Where things stand
Whoosh does not appear inside Greenhouse as a video step yet. A direct connection is planned. Until then, you can still collect candidate videos and bring them into your process.
What works today
- Create one campaign for the role and put its link in the message or email template you already send to candidates.
- Or make a personal recording link for each candidate through the API, so each video comes back tagged with who recorded it.
- Videos arrive in the campaign’s Responses tab, and a webhook can post each new one to Slack or email your team.
- Paste the watch link into the candidate’s Greenhouse record as a note.
Automating the steps
To do the copying for you, use Zapier or Make. Start from a webhook on New response, then add a note or send a message in the next step. Webhooks, the API and Zoho Recruit shows how to set it up.
