Using Whoosh with Workable

Where things stand
Whoosh is not listed as a video interview provider in Workable yet. A direct connection is planned. Until then, you can run video intros next to your Workable pipeline.
What works today
- Create one campaign for the role and add its link to your Workable message templates.
- Or make a personal recording link for each candidate through the API, so the video comes back tagged with their name and email.
- Videos arrive in the campaign’s Responses tab, and a webhook can tell your team the moment one is recorded.
- Paste the watch link into the candidate’s Workable profile as a comment.
Automating the steps
Zapier, Make and n8n can listen for New response and then post to Slack, send an email or call another tool. Webhooks, the API and Zoho Recruit shows how to set it up.
