Why connect Whoosh to your other tools

The problem without a connection
Without a connection to your hiring or CRM system, video responses become one more tab to check. A recruiter or account manager has to remember to open a separate dashboard and match each video to the candidate or customer they are working on. For a busy team, that usually means it gets checked inconsistently, if at all.
What works today
Whoosh can send an event to any tool that accepts a webhook, or that can call a REST API, each time something happens, such as a new response. Zapier, Make and n8n can pick those events up and pass them on, for example by adding a note on a contact or posting in Slack. Everything is set up under Automations on your dashboard and needs a Pro plan or above.
Your options
- Webhooks: signed events sent to any HTTPS address, including Zapier, Make and n8n
- API keys: create campaigns and personal recording links from your own tools, and read the responses
- Hiring systems: Greenhouse, Workable and Zoho Recruit have no direct connection yet, but a link or a personal link works from all of them
- Sharing the link: works from any email template or message, with no setup
What is not available yet
Direct connections to Greenhouse, Workable, Zoho and HubSpot are planned. Until they exist, webhooks and the API cover the same ground.
